Check imported transactions before trusting the totals.
Use supported transaction-import formats for sales, purchases or receipts. Treat mapping, references and reconciliation as part of the import process.

Reconciled destination records
A transaction import must recreate the business event correctly.
Transaction data is more demanding than a list of master records because one document can affect stock, accounts and tax-related reports together. The source needs identifiable parties, items, dates and document references that fit the destination workflow.
Confirm the supported document type and template, prepare a limited trial and review the imported documents line by line. Compare counts and totals with the source, then inspect the stock and ledger effects. Keep an import record so rejected or retried rows can be identified.
How to use it.

- 01

- 03

What this looks like in your business.
An accounts team imports a limited sample and finds an account mapping issue before processing the remaining records.
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Choose the workflow that fits your business and confirm its setup in a demonstration.
Can every accounting package be imported in the same way?
No. Formats, field meanings and supported transaction types differ. Use a source-specific trial and agree the migration scope, including receipts, payments and historical detail, before importing live data.
What setup should I confirm?
Import support is format-specific. This does not promise universal migration or the newer Busy receipt/payment import.
