Put the payment destination within reach.
A payment QR code on the bill gives the customer a convenient way to open a supported payment flow. It should clearly relate to the intended business payment destination. The invoice explains what is due; the payment system confirms whether money actually arrived.
Configure the business payment details, print a sample invoice and scan the QR with a supported app. Check the payee and the amount behaviour before using it with customers. After a payment, record settlement through the appropriate billing or receipt workflow.

Does printing a QR automatically reconcile the bank?
No. QR display, payment confirmation and bank reconciliation are separate steps. Confirm any automatic confirmation integration explicitly; do not infer it from the presence of a QR on the bill.
What setup should I confirm?
A printed QR is not automatic payment confirmation. Dynamic amount and reconciliation support must be checked for your setup.
